Soccer

From a different point of view I would have to say that coaching soccer is a way hardest job then actually playing the game. While your girls/boys are playing there is just so much that you want to tell them to do and to position themselves on the field but you can't do that cuz then you just become a crazy mad woman. It is hard to tell your girls when they are losing that its ok you'll do better the next time because you dont know that for sure. I am enjoying coaching the junoir soccer team for my school but it is definitaly not my strong point. I think that until I can play no more Then I will start to coach. Too stressful and theres so much you can teach but the amount of time you're given to teach is very limited. But I would have to say that somethings I am learning from this is 1) It is So much harder to coach and stand on the sidelines then running your butt off and 2) The rewards from seeing a girl understand a concept that you taught is very rewarding.

Good for you, Jen, for trying something new though. :)

They say you learn much more through teaching than just reading about it. So I agree with Jennie.
Good for you! Mom

Imagine your dad's thoughts and feelings while he coached you all those years...

It almost makes me tired...

You'll be a better player for this experience, Jen, because you'll be more attentive/responsive to the coaching you are ReCeIvInG...
